The goal of KCA is to bring together a cohesive student body,
which will encourage the spiritual and intellectual development
of each individual student.

Each applicant’s academic potential, scholastic motivation,
character, and interests will be considered.

FORMALLY APPLY TO ADMISSIONS
Apply to the school program(s) of choice. Pay the non refundable $50 application fee and $30 academic assessment fee.

FAMILY INTERVIEW
Hold an informal interview with all
parents and students to review
the academic assessment results
and answer any questions prior to acceptance into KCA.

FINAL REVIEW
** Submit a copy of your student’s
Birth Certificate, Social Security card,
Health Records and Immunizations.**

SCHEDULE AN ACADEMIC ASSESSMENT AND SHADOW DAY
An academic assessment is require for rising 1st - 8th grade students. An optional shadow day is available for each student to personally experience KCA.

OFFICIAL ENROLLMENT INTO KCA

Upon acceptance into KCA you will need to sign your completed tuition contract and submit your $200

non-refundable enrollment fee. (Ask about multi-student discount).

*If applying for grades 1 through 8, please submit your child's official transcripts (showing grades from their prior school year) along with your pre-enrollment application. At that time, the non-refundable $50 application fee and $30 student evaluation fee are due. The $200 enrollment fee will be invoiced upon acceptance and is non-refundable.

*** All immunization records are required unless you have a religious exemption filed with the Volusia County Health Department. KCA will need a copy of any exemption documentation.
